UGM





  UGM is a traumatic experience for some, merely stressful for others.  There may even be a few exceptionally clueless that don't notice.  It's important to let your customers know when you're cutting them off.  It's not pretty when you surprise folks with a closed sign at the caffeine fountain.  And when you're gone for a week or more?  Your loyals are gonna start looking for a new dealer.  It's hard to win that trust back.
